Is beta really free?
Yes. Free for every accepted applicant through launch. No credit card. Full access from approval until paid plans go live. At launch, beta users get advance notice and a founding-member discount locked in for twelve months.
What counts as a client engagement?
A client engagement is counted each time you attach a new client company to a quote. Creating additional revisions or proposals for the same client doesn't count again. Your monthly limit resets on the first of each month.
Which platforms are supported?
Beta launches with one ERP platform. More ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms follow once each is calibrated to the same standard. Practitioner tier picks one platform at signup. Firm and Enterprise get all platforms automatically as they launch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Upgrade any time. The new tier takes effect immediately, prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you don't lose access mid-engagement.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 20% across all tiers. Practitioner drops to $159/mo. Firm to $399/mo. Enterprise to $1,199/mo. Billed upfront for the year. Switch anytime.
What's included in white label?
Every client-facing output carries your firm's branding only. Your logo, your colors, your company name on the proposal, the SOW, the cover, the page numbers. No InteliQuote branding anywhere. Available on the Enterprise tier.
